Alexander Taluc
PNW Portrait Photographer
I’ve been behind a camera for over a decade, chasing light and stories across the U.S. and beyond—from the rugged landscapes of Argentina to the quiet, cinematic beauty of Norway and the wild spaces of Canada. Along the way, I’ve learned that the most meaningful photos aren’t the perfectly posed ones—they’re the ones that feel real, grounded, and true to who you are.
Outside of photography, you’ll usually find me out on a trail somewhere, drawn to the same forests and mountains that inspire my work. Hiking keeps me connected to the landscapes I love to shoot in, and that connection shows up in every session. I’m also big on staying active—whether that’s in the gym or just pushing myself physically—which translates into a shoot experience that’s easygoing, collaborative, and never overly rigid.
I’ve always been drawn to movement too—music, dancing, energy—and I think that plays a role in how I photograph people. I’m not just looking for still images, but moments that feel alive and natural. And somewhere in all of that, coffee has become a constant—part ritual, part creative fuel, and honestly just a good excuse to slow down and connect.
At the core of it all, Evergreen Portraits Studio is about creating something that feels like you—set against the kind of landscapes that make the Pacific Northwest so special.
